We have an additive range for the formulation of additives in food processing applications. Products formulated with these additives comply with standards and have been tested for toxicity by National Toxicology Centre, Pune and for microbial contamination  by SNDT, Mumbai, and found to be safe.

Our additives provide excellent lubricity and minimise wear under shock load conditions, making formulated oils suitable for use industrial and marine applications for use in plain bearings, gears and slides of steam engine, punch presses etc. where conventional oils are generally found inadequate. They can also be used in certain wire drawing applications.

Sarbi offers additive packages to formulate compressor oils suitable for use in reciprocating and rotary air compressors, as well as for ammonia compressors. Products formulated using our additives generally have xcellent lubricity, thermal and oxidation stability and demulsibility.

Rolling Oil Additives:

Additive packages for steel rolling are available, for cold rolling operations, suitable for all kinds of mills.

Pneumatic Lubricants:

These additive packages provide tackiness, antiwear and EP additives and and helps formulated oils form a tenacious oil film by mixing with condensed moisture. Oils formulated with this additive have excellent load carrying ability and rust preventive properties, maintaining oil film properties both at low and high air pressure. They do not give obnoxious odour even with pneumatic rock equipment operating in confined spaces. They are used in lubrication of rock drills, jack hammers, chippers, wagon drills etc. Also used in small plant pneumatic tools viz grinders, filing tools, drills, tappers etc.
