Two dedicated small pack filling lines are available. These machines allow for filling speeds (of 1 litre bottles) of approximately 40-60 bottles/minute depending on oil type. The machines can be adjusted to fill volumes ranging from 100 mL to 5 litres.

Fully automatic filling machines are linked via conveyor belts to capping stations and automatic inline sealing and inkjet printers.

We have fully automated labelling machines that can be hooked up to the filling station. Sizes for labelling range from 250 mL to 1.25 litres.

Load cell mounted filling services for 10 - 20 litre buckets, 26 - 50 litre carbouys and 210 litre barrels are also available. Provisions for direct bulk filling is also available for contract manufacturing.
