Repacking
We have repacking solutions for all sizes: from small pack filling lines starting from 100 mL to barrel packs and indeed container loads.
We have recently ventured into powder filling as well, and can fill packs from 50g to 50kg.

Small Pack Filling Machines
Two dedicated small pack filling lines are available. These machines allow for filling speeds (of 1 litre bottles) of approximately 40-60 bottles/minute depending on oil type. The machines can be adjusted to fill volumes ranging from 100 mL to 5 litres.

Automated Filling Lines
Fully automatic filling machines are linked via conveyor belts to capping stations and automatic inline sealing and inkjet printers.

Automated Labelling Machines
We have fully automated labelling machines that can be hooked up to the filling station. Sizes for labelling range from 250 mL to 1.25 litres.

Medium and Large Packs
Load cell mounted filling services for 10 - 20 litre buckets, 26 - 50 litre carbouys and 210 litre barrels are also available. Provisions for direct bulk filling is also available for contract manufacturing.
